La autora nació en en Michoacán, México, donde cursó estudios primarios y secundarios, trasladándose
posteriormente al estado de Colima para continuar con su formación académica, graduándose como
Licenciada en Administración de Empresas en la Facultad de la Universidad de Colima. En Abril de 1997
emigró a Estados Unidos para estudiar Inglés como segundo idioma, estableciendo su residencia en el
estado de Florida, donde vive actualmente.
